Our packages are offered on a first in, best dressed basis. We don't hold tentative bookings.

Placing your booking request does not automatically confirm your event
Each booking request is personally checked & booked by our team
Our team will work as quickly as possible to confirm down to the minute availability, so you can pop that bubbly ASAP!
Don't worry! Your card will only be charged once your agreed event is officially confirmed!
Due to the fast paced nature of events, occasionally elements of packages are unavailable if booked too late. In this instance, we will contact you with alternative options for you to choose from before charging your deposit. No stress needed!

Note that if you don't include specific timing, your consultant will rely on their expertise in order to create the best timing for your event, and any changes thereafter will be subject to our Terms and Conditions

For the amount Deposits are equal to 4 persons per head price or as discussed with your hens consultant.

And I understand this is a deposit and is non refundable in line with the terms and conditions.
