Crafty Hands. Wandering Eyes.
There's always one. The friend who hears the word hens and asks, "but will there be eye candy?" Tell her yes. Then tell her there's clay and cocktails, with a velvet booth to finish, because Eye Candy and Clay is the hens for the crew who are a little bit wholesome and a lot more cheeky. Hands in the clay and eyes on the handsome topless waiter, with the bride right in the middle of all of it. Nobody said a craft afternoon had to be well behaved.
The fun starts at our own glam venue in Melbourne's CBD, where two hours of VIP room hire hand your crew a room that feels made for a hens: pink hues, glowing neon, hanging greenery and stunning decor in every direction. A round of cocktails on arrival goes around the room, and the first toast is to the bride. With nine of you, it's a proper party, and the room is all yours.
Then it's aprons on and sleeves up. Your dedicated My Ultimate artist host has the clay, the sculpting tools, the rolling pins and an apron for everyone ready to go, so all materials are included and all you need is a steady hand. Or a wobbly one. Your host shares the clever techniques, and over the two hour workshop everyone creates one large piece that is completely her own. Expect a few genuine masterpieces, and at least one creation that should never be shown to the mother-in-law.
Now, about that eye candy. Your My Ultimate Hens topless waiter is with your group for two hours, private for your group only, and he's the ultimate ice breaker. He serves the drinks and poses for photos with anyone brave enough to ask, and trust us, by the second game everyone is brave enough. The games and eye candy fun keep the whole room laughing, and the spotlight never drifts far from the bride. Then the girls line up for a photo with him and shove the bride into the middle, and that's the shot everyone begs her to send.
When it's time to put the tools down, every piece is packed into its own carry box to take home, and the party moves into the main dining area. Before long everybody's up, and the dance floor takes over so you can dance the night away.
