Every group has one. The friend who swears she doesn't believe in any of this, then somehow ends up first in the queue. The Cards Say Party is made for the bride who loves a talking point and a group that loves a good gossip. It starts with tarot in a private bar of your own, then moves downstairs for happy hour and pizza, and the night carries on from there. Go on, let the cards do the talking!
First stop, the upstairs room at our pizza bar, a private celebration space in a fabulous CBD location. Your own private bar and dedicated bar staff are ready, and a round of bubbly on arrival is poured as the girls find their seats. Cheers to that! Across the room, your amazing hostess is laying out her deck, and for two fabulous hours of tarot reading she works her way around your group.
Every guest gets her own mini reading while everyone else sips and waits to hear the verdict. The sceptics go very quiet. The believers go "told you so." And when it's the bride's turn, the whole room leans in, because nobody wants to miss what the cards have to say about her. If time is on her side, the hostess saves a longer reading just for the bride. This is where the camera roll fills up: the bride's face as her cards turn over, and her girls crowded in behind her chair.
When the last card is turned, the party heads downstairs to your reserved dining space, and the debrief begins. Who got the most suspiciously accurate reading? Who is now planning a career change? The discounted cocktail menu comes out for happy hour, which helps the theories flow.
Then dinner lands: artisan pizzas made for sharing and fresh salad with warm Mediterranean flavours, set down on the table for everyone to dive into. It's a delicious pizza dinner party with a side of prophecy, and a bonus cocktail for the hen arrives with it. Nobody needed a reading to see that one coming.
And the night isn't finished with you yet! Complimentary nightclub entry to our lounge bar means the whole group walks in without paying a cent, so the girls can see where the night takes them.
Somewhere between the readings and the last slice, the bride will look around the room at her favourite people, all talking about her. You'll be the one standing right beside her. Maid of honour of the year? It was written in the cards.
