A pole class for the whole crew
Your Dance Host, a studio full of poles and beginner spins and poses for everyone, then one routine the whole crew learns together and performs for the bride. Two left feet included.

Bare legs, chrome poles, one bride
A studio full of poles, a mirror wall, a lot of giggling and one short routine the whole crew performs for her. Her mum's filming.
Taught by your My Ultimate Hens Dance Host, one of our own, and built into her whole hens in six cities around Australia.
Our pole dancing hens packages usually sit around $150 to $300 per person.
at a glance
One pole each. One routine. One very proud bride.
Spins, poses, a hair flip or two, and the squeak of bare legs on chrome.

She gets the first spin. You get the thank-yous in the group chat, with your name on them.
01 the walk in
The bride's face on her first spin. The shy one who nails it before anyone else. Five moments, one routine, and a lot of laughing.
A pole dancing hens party with My Ultimate Hens is a pole class for the whole crew with your My Ultimate Hens Dance Host, one of our own pole instructors, who warms the group up and teaches spins, poses and one short routine to perform for the bride, with dinner, drinks and the rest of her night built around it, in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Perth and Adelaide.

One
Chrome poles in a row, a mirror wall, pink lights and your girls. The bride gets the pole front and centre, and by the warm-up the whole room knows whose hens it is.

Two
Shoulders, wrists, a stretch and the walk around the pole. Five minutes in, the nerves are gone and someone's already asking if the cowboy hats can stay on.

Three
Taught slowly, a hold, a pose, then the fireman spin. Half the room spins while the other half cheers, then you swap. Bare legs squeak on chrome and nobody stops laughing.

Four
A few moves in counts of eight, put together into one short routine. The run-through, then the girls perform it for the bride. If she's game, she takes the solo. The phones come out either way.

Five
Shorts off, dinner outfit on, and the story is already in the group chat before the entrees land. The routine gets performed again at the bar. Of course it does.
Never touched a pole? Here's what the names mean. Every one of them starts on the floor.
One hand on the pole, slow steps on your toes, all the way round. It's how every routine starts, and somehow everyone looks good doing it.
Day one
Both hands on the pole, knees together, swing in and spiral down to the floor, like sliding down at the fire station. The crowd favourite.
Day one
Hands up the pole, knees tucked like you're sitting on an invisible chair, and round you go. The one everyone films.
Day one
Hook the inside of your knee round the pole and let the other leg float out as you spin. Looks very fancy. Isn't hard.
By the run-through
Hands on the pole, drop forward, roll up slow and toss the hair. Pure drama. Mum will ask for it twice.
By the run-through
Up the pole and a pose at the top, for the gym girls and the ones who've had a cocktail of courage. Only if she's keen, and wildly applauded.
The brave ones
You knew she'd say yes to the pole. You read her right, and everyone in that studio knows it.
02 the fireman spin
Six ways in, from a studio full of poles to a chair, a pair of heels or a sketchbook straight after.

In all six cities
Your Dance Host, a studio full of poles and beginner spins and poses for everyone, then one routine the whole crew learns together and performs for the bride. Two left feet included.

In all six cities
The class first, then a long table, a cocktail and the story already in the group chat. Starting with a shaker instead? See cocktail making hens parties.

On request
Your Dance Host comes to your apartment, hotel or Airbnb and teaches the class where you're staying. More laughing, nobody needs a taxi, and the pyjama photos happen anyway.

On request
A chair or a pair of heels instead of the pole: all swagger, no spins, and very, very funny. Rather a twerk? That one lives with our hens dance classes.

On request
Spin first, sketch second, giggle throughout: the night known as sip, spin and sketch. More on life drawing hens parties.

Ask for it on her weekend
A morning class to shake off the night before, or the warm-up for the big night out. Either way it's the bit everyone talks about on the drive home. See our hens weekend packages.
Love an on-request one? Mention it when you tell us about her and your package consultant will come back to you on it.
03 the hair flip
As cheeky as the bride wants, and the mums are front row with the camera.
Pole has become a fitness class for plenty of Australians, and at a hens it's spins, poses and a lot of laughing, not a strip show: shorts and a crop on, nobody takes anything off. You tell us how cheeky the bride wants it when you book, all spins and poses or a hair flip, a heel click and a slow walk to finish, and your Dance Host pitches the routine to the room. Anyone who'd rather watch takes the front row with a drink and the camera.
Her cheek level
The fireman spin, the chair spin and a pose for the camera. Sweet, sporty and very giggly. Nan could do it. Nan might.
The spins, plus a hair flip and a heel click on the last count. The sweet spot when she's half shy, half showgirl.
Every spin, the hair flip, the heel click and a slow walk round the pole to finish, every girl turning to the bride on the last beat. All attitude, all wink, all group-chat gold.
Tap the one that's her and it rides along with you when you tell us about her. The bride has the final say on the night, and your Dance Host reads the room from there.
Want the other kind of cheeky? That's what strip show hens parties are for. Rather fans and feathers than chrome? See burlesque hens parties.
04 the chair spin
More crews than you'd think, including the ones who swear they've never been near a pole.

Beginner spins and poses, taught one at a time, with the climb saved for whoever's keen. The laughing is half the routine.

The ones who'll want the hard move. Your Dance Host has a climb and a pose at the top waiting for them, while everyone else screams.

A mixed crew with mums and aunties is a pole class's best audience. They're the loudest cheerers, the front row is theirs, and at least one of them nails the chair spin.

School friends, work friends, the sister-in-law. One routine, everyone in it, and by the last count of eight they're a troupe.

She swears she'd hate the spotlight and secretly wants her moment. Set her cheek level and watch her take the solo.

She gets the best seat in the room: the girls learn the routine and perform it for her, veil on, front row, phone in hand.

Our Dance Hosts bring the spin to every kind of hens. See LGBTQIA+ hens parties.
If she'd rather fans than spins, there are always burlesque hens parties.
05 the back hook
Bare legs grip the pole. Everything else is about the photo.

White shorts and a white crop, so every eye finds her. The veil on for the photos and off for the spins, and a sash if she wants it. The white dress waits in her bag for dinner.

Shorts and a singlet or crop: bare legs grip the pole, so leave the leggings at home. Pick a matching colour or go full cheetah print, and the group photo takes care of itself.
Dress code for the pole class: cheetah print anything, shorts and a crop or a singlet, bare legs and bare feet, no moisturiser that day. The bride wears white, so she's the one in the middle of every photo.
Dress code for the pole class: hot pink, silver or both, shorts and a crop, bare legs, hair tied back. The bride wears white with her veil for the photos.
Dress code for the pole class: all black, shorts and a singlet, bare legs, rings off. The bride's the only one in white. Dinner outfits in your bag.

A list to copy, not a playlist that plays. Send us her favourites when you book and we'll ask your Dance Host to work them in.
Plenty of crews find a pole studio on their own and have a ball. A My Ultimate Hens pole night puts the whole celebration in one place: your Dance Host and the bride front and centre, then dinner, the drinks, the next stop and the little surprises for her, lined up in an order that works, because we've been building hens since 2011 and we know what makes a night land.
09 the final pose
In her own words, exactly as she wrote them, after a pole dancing hens weekend.
