How far ahead should we book?
More notice means more choice, particularly for accommodation, private spaces and Saturday times. A closer date is still worth asking about.
Do I need final numbers before I book?
No. When you book, you only need to be confident you’ll make the package minimum. Final numbers are due three weeks before the hens, unless your booking gives a different date.
What if some of us don’t drink?
