Hens party buses, where getting there is the best bit

A hens party bus with My Ultimate Hens is a bus for your group alone, music up and the bride front and centre, built into a whole hens day or night: a bar hop, a winery run or a cheeky show on board.

My Ultimate Hens makes hens packages in six cities, and our party buses run in all six.

Stop 01 the run of the night

What happens on a hens party bus

The doors close, the music's already up, and the bride's got the best seat in the house.

Here's the night, stop by stop, so you can picture it before anyone has to pick an outfit.

  1. A hens crew lined up together on the footpath at night, ready to roll
    Pickup

    Our party bus pulls up

At your accommodation or your first venue. Everyone climbs on in one go and the night starts on the footpath, not three Ubers later.

  2. A big hens group in sparkly sunglasses and captain hats raising light-up cups on a party bus
    Doors close

    The music's already on

Disco lights, the sound system and your playlist. Our driver knows the route, so the only decision on board is who's on the aux.

  3. Hens in sashes and a tiara clinking glasses of bubbles
    Bubbles in hand

    BYO on board

The bubbles come with you. The bride takes the best seat, or the pole, if she's feeling brave, and the crew who only met at dinner are singing the same chorus by the first corner.

  4. The bride in a sash getting a kiss on the cheek from a friend, city skyline behind them
    Photo stop

    The city behind you

One stop just for the picture, lights on the water or the skyline at your back. This is the photo the group chat is still using next year.

  5. A hens group in heart sunglasses and a cowgirl hat posing together on the way out
    Next door

    The bride steps out first

The doors open at the next venue and everyone arrives together. Then back on, and on to the next one, until the night says otherwise.

Ways to do a hens party bus

Same bus, five very different nights. Pin the one that sounds like her and it drops into the message you send the girls further down.

All six cities

A party bus night out, bar to bar to club

Dinner, then the bus, then the bars, then the club. The ride between is the bit everyone remembers: one playlist, one chorus, the bride first through every door.

A winery or brewery day by party bus

Hills, cellar doors or a brewery taproom, a long lunch, and nobody stuck being the designated driver. The sing-along on the way home is half the point. Here's how to plan a hens winery tour.

On request

The transfer that turns into the party

To the coast, to the hens house, to the long lunch. The drive that would have been a convoy of cars becomes the first hour of the party, and everyone checks in already celebrating.

A styling idea, yours to bring

A themed party bus

Pink cowgirl hats, disco balls, matching sunglasses, a sash and a favour for everyone as they climb on. The bus becomes the set for every photo. For the cowgirl version, the Last Rodeo hens theme has the whole look.

Karaoke on the bus? It's your playlist, so belt it out. And the pole's there for whoever's brave enough first.

Stop 03 her people

Who a hens party bus suits

Big, loud and a little bit mixed is where the bus shines. Here's who it's made for.

  • A big hens group in pink and pastel dresses in front of balloons

    The big group

Everyone moves together, and nobody's waiting on the last car.

  • A large hens group in pastel dresses lined up together at a venue

    The mixed crowd

Cousins, work friends and school friends who don't all know each other yet. On a bus there's one room and one playlist, and by the second stop they're a crew.

  • The bride in her veil laughing with a friend on a night out

    The bride who keeps moving

If she'd rather not sit in one bar all night, this is the night that keeps going, with a new door every hour.

  • A hens crew in white and pink squeezing into a selfie in heart sunglasses

    The weekend away

Nobody knows the city? Our driver does. You get the bars without anyone holding a map.

  • The bride in a veil and white sunglasses blowing a kiss

    The quiet bride

She doesn't have to do a thing except climb aboard. The pole, the karaoke and the dancing are there for whoever wants them, and her cup can hold anything she likes.

  • A big hens group of mixed ages around a dinner table, the bride in a pink sash

    Mum, and the mixed ages

The cheek level is yours to set. A playlist and bubbles is a very different bus to a show on board, so pick the one her mum will still be laughing at.

A smaller crew? A stretch limo or Hummer often suits better: the limo question below has the difference.

Stop 04 the fine print, made short

Hens party bus rules: drinks, glass, age and ID

Our house rules on board. Five lines, so the group chat has the answers before anyone asks.

On board

  • DrinksBYO on board, so bring the bubbles.
  • Age and IDAnyone drinking is 18 or over and carries ID. That's the law in every state.
  • Glass and decorationsChecked for your bus when you book: say what you're bringing and your package consultant confirms it.
  • StopsPhoto stops and every venue on the night's route are part of the ride.
  • Who's on itYour crew only. It's your own party bus for the night.

Stop 05 the fun you bring

Party bus games, playlist and what to wear

Free extras from us, for the ride. Take the one you need and leave the rest.

Three that work sitting down on a moving bus, no props past a phone. Want more? Hens party games has plenty more where these came from.

Five friends in heart sunglasses squeezed into one selfie

Name that chorus

Whoever's on the aux plays the first five seconds of a song. First to sing the chorus back wins the point. The bride scores double, obviously.

When: any stretch between stops. Prep: a queue of songs on one phone. Sitting it out: be the DJ.

Most likely to

Someone reads a prompt (most likely to lose a shoe tonight, most likely to cry at the vows) and on three everyone points. Whoever gets the most fingers takes a sip, or a lolly.

When: the first ride, while the mixed crowd warms up. Prep: ten prompts in your phone. Sitting it out: pointing is all it asks.

Stop-by-stop bingo

Write ten squares and everyone picks five: a stranger says congratulations, someone requests a song, the bride steps out first, a toast before the doors open, the whole bus on one chorus, a dance-floor selfie, someone loses a shoe, a round for the bride, a group photo at the door, someone cries at a love song. First to five calls it on the bus.

When: across the whole night. Prep: cards written before you leave. Sitting it out: it plays itself.

Stop 06 what moves it

What a hens party bus costs, and what moves the price

One number per person, with the rest of the night built in.

A hens party bus with My Ultimate Hens is priced per person inside a package, so the bus, the stops and the rest of the night come as one number. Every package in her city shows its own price. Pick her city to see them.

1

How long you ride

A few hops between bars is a different night to a whole winery day.

2

How many are coming

The bigger the group, the lower it tends to go per person.

3

The city

Each city has its own buses, routes and prices.

4

Friday or Saturday

The night of the week moves it too.

5

A show or a winery

A topless waiter on board or a day of cellar doors adds to the night, and to the number.

6

What comes with it

The bus, the bars, the booth and the show as one booking instead of four.

One per-person number goes in the group chat, and nobody's working out who owes what at 1am.

Stop 07 the whole night

The whole hens around the party bus

The bus is the thread. Here's what it can stitch together, three ways.

  1. Dinner with the crew, the bride at the head of the table.
  2. Our party bus waiting out front with the music already up.
  3. Two or three bars between the laneways, the bride first through every door.
  4. A photo stop with the city lit up.
  5. A club to finish, and the bus drops everyone at the door together.

What a My Ultimate Hens party bus night adds

  • Ours to sort

The bus, the route between stops and the timing that gets everyone to the next door together. One booking instead of a bus, a bar, a booth and a show.

  • Yours to decide

The bride, the crew, the playlist, the outfits and how cheeky it gets.

  • What that gets you

A seat on the bus next to her, in every photo, instead of on your phone ringing the next venue.

Stop 08 pass it on

Put her name on the front of the bus

Type her name and the sign lights up. Then send the idea to the bridesmaids, or to the bride if it's no secret.

Real hens on the party bus

Jo's crew had life drawing, drag queens and a party bus across one weekend. Guess which one won.

Just wanted to give some feedback about our booking on the weekend for Jo's Hens - The Platter - Delicious, looked soo good! Our nude life drawing, was absolutely incredible, definitely exceeded our expectations, could not have been happier with our models services and professionalism from the minute he walked in to thank you messages after he had left. Drag Queens - Amazing, a lot of fun! Party Bus - The highlight of our event! Overall an amazing weekend, could not happier with how everything went, it's safe to say I have one happy bride to be, we had the best time and would highly reccommend using My Ultimate Hens again.

How much does a hens party bus cost?

A hens party bus with My Ultimate Hens is priced per person inside a package, with the rest of the night built in. What moves it: how long you ride, how many are coming, the city, the night of the week, and whether there's a show or a winery in it. Every package in her city shows its own price.

Can we drink on the party bus?

Yes, it's BYO on board, so bring the bubbles. Anyone drinking is 18 or over and carries ID.

How long is a hens party bus?

A hens party bus runs for the part of the day or night it's built around: the hops between bars on a night out, or the whole day on a winery run. Your package consultant confirms the exact ride time for her city.

How many people fit on a hens party bus?

It depends on the bus in her city, and the group size on each package there is the one to go by, bride included. For a smaller crew, a stretch limo or Hummer often suits better.

Is the party bus just for our group?

Yes, it's your own party bus for the night: your crew, your playlist, your bride.

Can the party bus pick us up from our accommodation?

Yes, we pick you up from your accommodation or your first venue and drop you at the door of the next one.

Can we stop for photos?

Yes, a photo stop with the city behind you is part of the ride.

Can we play our own music?

Yes, it's your playlist. If you need one, our hens party playlist has the songs sorted.

Can we have a topless waiter, strip show or drag queen on the party bus?

Yes, a show on board is one of the cheekiest ways to do a hens party bus; ask for it in her city. More on topless waiter hens parties, strip show hens parties and drag queen hens parties.

Party bus, limo or stretch Hummer: which suits a hens?

A party bus suits the big group that wants to dance on the way; a stretch limo or Hummer suits a smaller crew and the arrival photo. Our guide to hens party transport compares all three.

Which cities do you run hens party buses in?

Our hens party buses run in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Perth and Adelaide.
