Request for package Re-work
Sorry to hear that your guest numbers have dropped.
We understand that life happens and we are happy to look into options for your event!
When requesting that your package be re worked due to lower numbers it is important to acknowledge that there are three different outcomes which may occur from this process. Our team will look at all the details of your event and will determine one of the following outcomes:
- Payment to the value thereof the package minimum is the best option for your current guest numbers
- A personalised price may be able to be provided for your group, in which no package inclusions are lost. It is
important to note with this option that the per head package price will increase, however the option offered will be lower than payment to the value thereof for each guest.
- Changes to your package may be suggested by our team to reduce the cost of the package for your guests. There may be cancellation or change fees associated with this, however our team will be able to determine that these fees and the new package price will be less than payment to the value thereof your current package.
