She looks across from her hammock, and one of her favourite faces is grinning straight back at her. That's how Say Yes To The Stretch begins: her people, trying something a little different together.
The studio is yours for the class. Your My Ultimate Hens yoga host guides the group through a private aerial yoga session in the hammocks, one pose at a time. The little laughs and the shared glances are half the fun, and somewhere in there might be the photo of the bride in her hammock.
After class, the conversation carries on at a table in Surfers. Bubbly is poured for every girl as you settle in, with tapas in the middle of the table. A little later, a bonus cocktail arrives for the bride. By now the hammocks are the main topic of conversation, and the first toast brings it all back to her.
Next, the afternoon finds a lovely place to land. Your table is reserved on the beach club deck, and there's another cocktail waiting for her. Sunnies are optional. The girls have somewhere new to settle in and nowhere else they'd rather be.
A note for whoever is organising: save yourself a spot in the hammocks. When the bride asks who came up with aerial yoga, you'll be hanging right there beside her.
