The skyline was only the opening act.
The night begins on a shared cocktail cruise, with a two hour drinks package of cocktails, house beer, cider and sparkling, and at least ninety minutes on the river. The skyline slides by, and the bride turns from the view to find her friends already lining up the first photo. Other guests are aboard too, but her people are the ones she keeps turning back to.
Once you're back on land, the table fills with share plates and a cocktail for everyone, plus a bonus cocktail just for the bride. Someone has already found the boat photo she'll want to keep.
Then comes your booth. A bottle is waiting for the girls, and a topless waiter is there to look after the group, serving the drinks and looking after the group while the girls take the photos. The bride looks across at her friends. They know exactly why she's grinning.
