Some brides want the loudest night in town. Yours wants something beautiful, with a surprise she'll never see coming. The Art of Saying I Do is a hens day for eight or more of you, bride included, and it's pure fun from the first piece of glass to the very last cookie.
It begins in your own private studio room, with your favourite bubbly chilling in the fridge and the glasses ready to pour. Your expert instructor guides you through the art of glass fusing, with your template and every tool laid out and waiting. Over three hours, each of you creates your very own coral bowl, arranging glass pieces into a sculptural, coral-inspired design and playing with colours and shapes until it feels completely yours.
Every bowl is a keepsake, and such a gorgeous one. These are pieces chic enough to become part of the home, the kind that end up on a coffee table catching the light. Years from now, someone will ask where hers came from, and the whole story of this day will come tumbling out.

Your reserved table is ready in the main restaurant, and a cocktail lands in every hand the moment you arrive. Then the chef's share plates start arriving for the table, and a bonus cocktail heads straight for the bride.
When the plates are cleared, take a short stroll to the finale, a hidden cocktail bar that feels like the best kept secret in Melbourne. Your seating is reserved and a bottle of bubbly is waiting for the group, with another cocktail on its way to the bride, because one was never going to be enough.
And then, the moment. Out come the custom cookies, designed just for her hens with her name right there on them. They land at your door the week before, so the reveal is all yours.
