Prepare to be whisked away to vino heaven with our enchanting hens winery weekend escape! Beautiful accommodation, private chauffeured transport, oh-so-many glorious wine tastings, winery luncheon, and then time to raise another glass of wine on the balcony before frocking up and teetering to your delish dinner party – fine dining, bubbles, vino, and lots of selfies with vineyards in the sun – it’s #henswinerytour magic!
Drop your bags at the hotel and be ready to meet your private driver who will be your private wine chauffer for the day – yes ladies today no one need be the designated driver, it’s all about indulging in lots of delish wine! Today you’re visiting the renowned Mount Tamborine Wine Region, so get ready to spoil yourselves with delish vinos, wonderful views, gorgeous boutique shops and scrumptious dining too! We pick you up from our fab Gold Coast accommodation ready to take you to your first tasting of the day – be ushered into the private tasting room where the resident wine connoisseur will take you all through a VIP tasting – kick off the day in style with a local sparkling – clink clink - followed by two whites, two reds and two fortified wines to finish. Our fave here at MY Ultimate Hens HQ is the fortified wines, one of which is very baileysesque – yay!
From here we chauffer you to our next stop – a local winery that is the heart and soul of the region, where the wines are handcrafted by the winemaker owner! A stop along the way at a lookout that showcases sweeping views of the hinterland makes the perfect excuse to clear the camera roll – don’t forget the group photo which will be treasured by your hen for years to come!
Here at your next winery we have ready three whites – our fave is the grapefruit and lemon inspired Sauvignon Blanc, and three reds – previous hens have loved the Rosé with delicate aromas of strawberries and cream most of all! Followed by lavish dessert wine tasting too – the honey & apricot inspired drop is the sweet treat to finish this luxe hens wine tasting!
After the mornings wine-hoping adventures, it’s time to enjoy a delish 2 Course hens luncheon! Head to our lovely winery where you are welcomed with a glass of included wine, where you can break bread with friends and enjoy each guests choice of main meal from a repertoire of scrumptious choices! Followed by delectable dessert too - Raise a glass to your hen – and enjoy the sense of occasion your included 2 course winery lunch with the gals brings to her special hens weekend!
From here there is some time to explore the local boutique shops with the gals – your hen will love the local fudge tasting, distillery (try the musk stick inspired liqueur – it’s goals!), crystal shops as well as vintage clothes, local handmade jewellery and home décor too! Lucky you have a private bus and driver so you can shop up a treat if you like!
Soon after you are indulging in another VIP wine tasting – raise a glass to your hen as you enjoy an array of beautiful wines for tasting, including our faves of the sweet guava unwooded chardonnay, the celebratory peach-infused sparkling and the lychee-hinted Verdelho! A fabulous way to finish your hens wine tasting soiree!
Each My Ultimate Hens Weekend package comes with an upgraded main apartment to house the hen and the bridal party, which becomes the Bachelorette Pad in which to host the weekends festivities – this has floor to ceiling stunning ocean views, a large living space and full kitchen! This is where all of the ladies will mingle and enjoy the weekend, with the other ladies only heading back to their apartments within the same complex to frock up for the evening or to sleep – the Bachelorette Pad is where it is at – so kick up those heels, pop the bubbly and enjoy the view!
After enjoying the sunset over the ocean and having had time to play some hens games and chat with the gals, teeter to your included hens dinner party! Right on the waterfront, our high end restaurant and cocktail bar is the ultimate place to celebrate your besties classy hens weekend, and the perfect way to raise a glass to her after such a sensational day! We usher you through to your reserved table, where we serve you all a glass of bubbly as you watch the nightlights of Surfers shimmer over the water! The water views add the perfect sense of style to this darling dinner party! Enjoy each guests choice of main meal from a specially designed hens part menu!
From here, we of course have included complimentary VIP entry into the Gold Coast’s best clubs and cocktail bars, so you can kick up those heels into the evening! Or head back to the Bachelorette Pad to enjoy the night with the gals watching the sparkling views over the water and nightlights from your apartment – either way the night is young and your hen will be feeling cherished after her magnificent day!
This hens winery weekend is completely customisable, so if you wanted to indulge in high tea at the winery instead of lunch, add a cheeky topless waiter for when you are back at your ocean view bachelorette pad in the afternoon, stay an extra night or organise a mimosa brunch for the next morning, you just let us know your vision for her final fling before the ring and we will work alongside you to ensure it comes true!
