Diamonds are a hen's best friend, and this hen is getting the full sparkle treatment. Crystals at the studio, bubbly on the water, a sweet surprise with her name on it and a rooftop where the whole city glitters. Just the six of you, bride included, and bling at every single stop.
It begins in our mosaic studio, in a private room that's all yours. Bring your own bubbly, because the fridge is waiting and the glasses are already out. Bowls of crystal beads are scattered across the table, catching the light every time someone reaches in, and your expert instructor shows you how to turn them into a bling mosaic, with a template for everyone and every tool laid out. Hearts and butterflies, diamonds and champagne bottles are the designs our hens reach for first, and they look gorgeous lined up for the group photo.
For two and a half hours it's all sparkle. Designs come together crystal by crystal, until everyone is wearing that very proud "I made this" look. And the bride? She's given something extra special from our talented Ultimate mosaic artist, a gift personalised to her and a keepsake of her day.
Then the afternoon moves to the river, where a reserved spot on the water is waiting with a bottle of bubbly. Pour the first round, then bring out the box. Inside are custom cookies made just for her, iced with her name in her colours and dressed for her theme. This is the moment. Watch her face as she realises they're all for her, and have every phone ready. Get the photo, then get ten more, because nobody is eating a cookie that pretty until it's been posted.
When the bottle is finished, stroll along the river with the water on one side and the city on the other, new bling in every handbag, until the rooftop comes into view.
Up on our rooftop lounge, palms and greenery frame the skyline and you swan straight in to your reserved space. A glass of bubbly lands in every hand as the share plates arrive, and of course a bonus cocktail heads straight for the bride. As the evening rolls in, Melbourne lights up all around you, every tower glittering like the whole city got the dress code. There's a discounted cocktail menu just for our hens, and nobody hurries you off: stay on into the evening right up until close.
Somewhere between the cookies and the skyline she'll turn to you, glass in hand and sparkling like the city behind her, and that's the photo worth framing.
